ake up the amount of tax reduced or exempted in that year due
to it having received preferential treatment as an exporting
enterprise or technologically advanced enterprise.
If an enterprise which has been confirmed as an exporting
enterprise or a technologically advanced enterprise fails to pass
assessment of its production or business operations for three
consecutive years, the Municipal Office for Industry, together
with the relevant departments, shall cancel its Certificate of
Confirmation as an exporting enterprise or technologically advanced
enterprise after verification of the facts.
@@ Article 13. If these Measures lack detailed provisions on a
certain matter concerning confirmation and assessment, the matter
shall be handled in accordance with relevant State and provincial
Regulations.
@@ Article 14. The confirmation and assessment of foreign
investment enterprises in Bao'an County which satisfy the conditions
of an exporting enterprise or technologically advanced enterprise
shall be conducted with reference to these Measures.
@@ Article 15. These Measures shall take effect from the
date of promulgation.
