@@ Article 11. All the provisions of this document, except
those made particularly for export-oriented, technically-advanced
and productive enterprise, are applicable to foreign investment
enterprises.
@@ Article 12. Foreign investment enterprises approved
before the provisions are issued can enjoy preferential treatment
according to the present provisions with the exception of Article 1 and
Article 3.
@@ Article 13. The right to interpret the present Provisions
shall be vested in the Provincial Foreign Economic Relations and Trade
Commission.
