NATIONAL PEOPLE'S CONGRESS
ided　for　by
law　 or　administrative　 decrees.　If　the　case　is serious enough to
constitute　 a crime, criminal responsibility shall be affixed according
to law.
CHAPTER SEVEN SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS
　 Article　　 46.　　In　concluding　foreign　economic　contracts　 and
technology　contracts, the Foreign Economic Contract Law of the People's
Republic　of　China　and　the　Technology　Contract　Law of the People's
Republic of　China shall apply.
Article　47. This law shall be implemented as of July 1, 1982.
