Development Zone which have the right to deal in foreign trade
business for import of equipments and raw materials. The Customs
Office shall exercise normal supervision and check over the imported
goods.
@@ Article 12. Charges on electricity, water, gas, etc. consumed
by an inland Associated Enterprise shall be collected at the same
price for other enterprises in the Development Zone.
@@ Article 13. After the start of business of an inland
Associated Enterprise, the residence registration of the senior
management personnel, technical staff and key technicians needed
by the enterprises may be transferred into the Development Zone
upon approval by the competent authority of the Municipal
Government and their former work unit. Their family members who have
residence registration in cities may be transferred together with
them. Other management personnel and employees may register for
temporary residency.
@@ Article 14. These Provisions shall also apply to
enterprises established independently in the Development Zone
by enterprises, institutions and individuals.
@@ Article 15. These Provisions shall come into force on the
date of promulgation.
@@ Article 16. These Provisions have been approved by the
Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, and the Nantong Municipal
Government shall be responsible for interpretation.
